Muah AI is also web only, after being removed from the App Store and Google Play. Choose Muah AI only if you want a call that works like a phone call and you accept its price and its history.

Where Soulfun wins
- Price. $19.99 a month against $99.99 for calls.
- Published rates. You know what a minute costs before you call.
- Video calls.
- Record. No breach that we know of.
Where Muah AI wins
- A real phone call. Two-way and in real time, with an NSFW mode you set first.
- A lower entry price for chat. VIP starts at $9.99 a month on promotion.
What each really costs
Soulfun's 1,000 coins are shared across everything. If you send 300 messages in a month, 700 coins are left, which is 70 minutes of voice. Heavy users will need extra coin packs.
Muah AI's call plan is a flat $99.99. That only makes sense if you call a great deal.
The privacy difference
A 2024 breach at Muah AI exposed about 1.9 million email addresses together with chat prompts. If you use it, sign up with a new email address that has no link to your name.
