5. Content Guidelines

All submitted content must comply with the following:

Prohibited Content

You may NOT submit tools or content that:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

Refund Policy

Standard Listings: Non-refundable once submitted, regardless of approval status.

Featured Listings: Refundable within 7 days if not yet published.

Video Reviews: 50% refundable before work begins, non-refundable once production starts.

Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues or extraordinary circumstances.

Recurring Payments

Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription or recurring plan:

• Payments renew automatically until canceled
• You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• Changes take effect at the next billing cycle

7. Listing Management

Listing Duration

Standard Listings: Permanent placement unless removed for violations.

Featured Listings: Duration specified at time of purchase (typically 30-90 days).

Expiration: Featured placements revert to standard listings upon expiration unless renewed.

Updates and Changes

Your Responsibility: Keep your listing information accurate and up-to-date via your account dashboard.

Our Edits: We may make minor edits for clarity, formatting, or SEO optimization.

Removal Requests: To remove your listing, contact us at support@nsfw-ai-chat.com.

Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove any listing that:

• Violates these Terms or our guidelines
• Becomes non-functional or inaccessible
• Receives multiple user reports or complaints
• Falls below minimum quality or authority standards
• Is associated with fraudulent or deceptive practices

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Site's security
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Circumvent any access controls or restrictions
