Terms of Service

Read the terms and conditions for using NSFW AI Chat, including how app submissions and the link back to the site work, listing policies, and user responsibilities.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nsfw-ai-chat.com (the "Site") operated by NSFW AI Chat ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting an app, or using any part of the Site, you:

  • Accept these Terms in full
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Represent that you are at least 18 years old
  • Have the authority to enter into this agreement

2. Description of Service

NSFW AI Chat is an independent guide to AI companion and NSFW AI chat apps, for adults 18 and over. We provide:

App Listings: A searchable list of submitted apps organized by categories and tags.

Free Listings: App owners can submit their apps for review and listing at no cost, in exchange for one link back to the Site (see Section 4).

Content and Resources: Guides, comparisons, reviews, and articles about AI companion and NSFW AI chat apps.

3. Account Registration

Account Creation: You do not need an account to submit an app. To manage your listings or use features such as reviews and claiming an app, you sign in with a valid email address (we send you a one-time sign-in link) or with Google. We do not use passwords.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. App Submission Guidelines

Listing an app on the Site is free. The only thing we ask in return is one link back to the Site, as described below.

Eligibility Requirements

To submit an app, you must meet the following criteria:

Adults Only: The app must be for adults (18+). You confirm this when you submit it.

Ownership or Authorization: You must own the app or have explicit permission from the owner to submit it.

Functional Product: The app must be live, functional, and accessible to users.

Quality Standards: Apps must meet our quality and content guidelines (see Section 5).

Link Back to the Site: Your app's website must carry one link to nsfw-ai-chat.com, as described in the Link Requirement below.

  • Add one regular link to nsfw-ai-chat.com on a public page of your app's website. The footer, an About page, or a "Listed on" badge are all fine, with any wording you like.
  • The link must not be marked nofollow, sponsored, or ugc, and the page must not tell search engines not to index it. The page must be readable without signing in.
  • The page must be on the same domain as your app's website. Subdomains of that domain are fine.
  • You verify the link by submitting the page address on the Site.
  • Keep the link in place for as long as your app is listed.

We check the link once a day. If it is missing, we email you after the first missed check. If it is missing on three checks in a row, we hide the listing. When you put the link back and verify it again, the listing returns. A page we cannot load does not count as a missed check.

Submission Process

Review: We read every submission ourselves. All submissions undergo manual review, and we do not guarantee a review time.

Approval: We reserve the right to approve or reject any submission at our sole discretion. A verified link does not guarantee approval or placement.

Revisions: If your submission is rejected, we may provide feedback and allow resubmission.

No Payment: Listings are free. We do not accept payment for listings.

5. Content Guidelines

All submitted content must comply with the following:

Prohibited Content

You may NOT submit apps or content that:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Promote illegal activities, violence, or hate speech
  • Are primarily affiliate marketing schemes with no real product
  • Use deceptive practices, false claims, or misleading information
  • Contain explicit adult content unrelated to the app's primary function
  • Violate our community standards or ethical guidelines

Content Standards

Submitted content must:

  • Accurately describe the app's functionality
  • Provide a working website URL
  • Pick the types of app that fit
  • Be original and not plagiarized

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your listing.

Our Content: All site design, code, structure, and original content are owned by NSFW AI Chat and protected by copyright law.

Third-Party Rights: You represent that you have the necessary rights to all submitted content, including descriptions and any other material you send us.

6. Payment Terms

Listing an app is free. We do not accept payments for listings, featured placements, reviews, or any other service on the Site, and nothing on the Site will charge you.

7. Listing Management

Listing Duration

Listings: An app stays listed for as long as it meets these Terms and the link back to the Site stays in place.

Updates and Changes

Your Responsibility: Keep your app's details accurate. To ask for a correction, write to us at contact@nsfw-ai-chat.com.

Our Edits: We may make edits for clarity, formatting, or accuracy.

Removal Requests: To remove your listing, contact us at contact@nsfw-ai-chat.com.

Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove or hide any listing that:

  • Violates these Terms or our guidelines
  • Becomes non-functional or inaccessible
  • Has no regular link back to the Site on three daily checks in a row (the listing returns when the link is verified again)
  • Receives multiple user reports or complaints
  • Falls below our quality standards
  • Is associated with fraudulent or deceptive practices

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Site's security
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data without permission
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users
  • Circumvent any access controls or restrictions
  • Reverse engineer or copy our site design or functionality

9. Intellectual Property

Trademarks

"NSFW AI Chat" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

DMCA Compliance

If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright:

  1. Send a written notice to contact@nsfw-ai-chat.com with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line
  2. Include the copyrighted work and infringing material
  3. Provide your contact information and a good faith statement
  4. Include a signature (electronic or physical)

We will investigate and respond per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Submitted Content License

By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display your listing on the Site
  • Include it in newsletters, social media, and promotional materials
  • Use screenshots and descriptions in case studies or examples
  • Archive it for historical or backup purposes

This license continues even if you delete your listing, for archival purposes.

External Links: The Site contains links to third-party apps and websites. We are not responsible for their content, functionality, or practices. Some links to apps are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through them. This does not change what you pay.

No Endorsement: Inclusion on the Site does not constitute endorsement. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed apps.

Third-Party Terms: Your use of listed apps is subject to their own terms and conditions.

Service Providers: We use third-party services (for example Resend for email, and PostHog, Plausible Analytics, and DataFast for analytics) which have their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Listings are accurate, current, or complete
  • Results or outcomes will meet your expectations
  • Defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NSFW AI CHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site
  • Damages from listed apps or third-party services
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NSFW AI Chat, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Your submitted content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Data Collection: We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data Security: While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.

Notice: We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent site notice.

Continued Use: Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Review: Check this page periodically for updates.

14. Termination

Your Rights

You may stop using the Site at any time. To have your account deleted, write to us at contact@nsfw-ai-chat.com.

Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse the Site or other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Site ends immediately
  • Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive
  • We may remove your listings at our discretion

15. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.

Process: Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Location: Arbitration will take place in Delaware or virtually.

Exception: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.

Class Action Waiver

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. Claims must be brought individually.

16. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NSFW AI Chat.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.).

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property, and we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.
